CYNTHIA VAN BOGAERT NAMED A COLLEGE FELLOW
MADISON, WI - Cynthia A. Van Bogaert, a partner and chair of the Employee Benefits Practice Group at Boardman Law Firm LLP, has been named a Fellow of the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel. Van Bogaert is the first attorney in Wisconsin to have achieved this honor.
According to the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel, "selection as a Fellow is a high honor reflecting substantive contributions to the field of employee benefits over the Fellow's entire career."
Van Bogaert authors a regular column on 401(k) plans for Benefits Link, a national employee benefits website. She is a past national president of the Worldwide Employee Benefits Network and a faculty member for the Employee Benefits Institute of America, as well as serving as a speaker and instructor for several other academic institutions and professional groups. In her practice, she assists clients with the design, implementation and administration of employee benefits plans of all types.
