Commercial Litigation Practice Group

The Commercial Litigation Practice Group finds creative ways to resolve client disputes. If those disputes cannot be settled, we work hard with our clients to achieve their goals by litigating cases quickly and economically. We have a depth of experience few firms can match. That experience extends to arbitrations, state court proceedings and federal court litigation throughout Wisconsin. Our familiarity with the procedures and requirements of the United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin makes us particularly valuable as primary or local counsel for matters venued there.
