Nowadays seniors and their family members are increasingly challenged
by unfamiliar questions:
- Where to find quality long-term care and how to pay for it
- How to navigate through the Social Security and Medicare systems
- How to plan for Medicaid coverage (and whether that is even
a good idea)
- How to evaluate nursing home options versus home care
- How to select a health care or financial power of attorney
These issues are often laden with complex family dynamics which
make decision-making difficult. Communication about these issues
isn't easy. The paperwork and detail can be daunting, and the tasks
become more complicated when family members are spread all over
the country. Although some resources now exist to help with these
concerns, the resources are scattered and time-consuming to locate.

believe that we can best help our clients by recognizing the needs
of all the generations affected.

We provide services to elderly people and their families, people
caring for elderly people, Baby Boomers, people planning for retirement,

In addition to our location in downtown Madison, Boardman Law
Firm has offices in Baraboo and Sauk City. We recognize that not
everyone can or wants to come into Madison. For people living outside

regularly with clients in our Baraboo and Sauk City
offices, and we can make house calls from time to time. Our goal
is to be responsive and accessible to our clients.
