Andrew DeClercq Named "Up and Coming Lawyer" by Wisconsin Law Journal
The Wisconsin Law Journal named Boardman attorney Andrew DeClercq an "Up and Coming Lawyer" for 2010.
According to the Wisconsin Law Journal, guidelines for being named an "Up and Coming Lawyer" include:
- being on the fast track in the legal profession
- showing determination in legal work, community betterment and the improvement of their own law firm
- practicing law for 8 years or less
