A one-day course on 401(k) plan administration

Do you know the rules and responsibilities that apply? Are fiduciary obligations being met? This seminar will provide tips on how to administer many of the complex 401(k) requirements. Important new developments will be covered including new guidance on investment advice, summary prospectuses, Department of Labor criminal prosecutions, foreign account filings, new defined benefit/401(k) plan, and more.
