Family Law • Litigation • Estate Planning
Rebecca has a varied practice, providing services to families as well as litigation support to businesses.
Rebecca's family law practice focuses on mediated and negotiated solutions whenever possible. She has had training in the process of collaborative divorce through the Collaborative Family Law Council of Wisconsin. She also has advanced training in divorce and custody mediation. When mediation is not enough, however, Rebecca is not afraid to take cases to court. She has successfully tried divorce, contested guardianship, and termination of parental rights cases.
Additionally, Rebecca helps families keep problems from developing through the use of prenuptial agreements, estate planning, and advance planning for health care and guardianship needs.
As another aspect of her practice, Rebecca handles motions, discovery, and hearings in litigated cases. She has also gained experience with issues involving coordination of benefits in health insurance plans.
