Henry represents clients in jury trials and appellate proceedings in state and federal courts. His primary focus is on personal injury, products liability, professional malpractice, insurance issues and business and commercial disputes. He has served as an expert witness in numerous tort and legal malpractice lawsuits, and he is a recognized mediator and arbitrator in litigation disputes.
