Primary Areas of Practice: Labor and
Employment Relations, Litigation
In addition to being a high school baseball umpire, Steve Zach
practices in the area of labor and employment relations. He advises
businesses and municipalities in their relations with labor unions
and in matters pertaining to non-union employees. Steve has practiced
before the National Labor Relations Board, the Wisconsin Employment
Relations Commission and other federal and state agencies that enforce
employment statutes.
As part of his employment practice, Steve litigates unfair labor
practice charges, discrimination cases and grievance arbitrations.

As an active member of his hometown of Oregon, Wisconsin, Steve
serves on the Oregon School Board, is a Director and officer in
Oregon Youth Baseball, Inc. and the Oregon Educational Foundation,
Inc., and coaches basketball and baseball. He is married to Patty
and has three daughters, Caitlin, Bridget and Maureen.
He is also bald and not ashamed of it.
