A cum laude graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law
School, Carl also holds a Ph.D. from the English Department of
the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he now serves on the
Board of Visitors.
Carl is a member of the Commission on Faith and Order of the Wisconsin
Conference of Churches. He is on the editorial board of the journal Graven
Images. He is widely published, and he volunteers his
time to numerous professional and community organizations. |
