Mark Pernitz has been a trial lawyer for more than 30 years and
has represented insurance companies, corporations, manufacturers,
municipalities, school districts, small businesses and injured
individuals in a wide variety of cases across the state of Wisconsin.
Many cases have involved personal injury actions, insurance coverage
disputes, products liability cases, construction accidents, motor
vehicle accidents, farming accidents, professional negligence claims
and the like.

More about Mark:
A long-time water enthusiast, Mark enjoys boating and sailing.
He is a director and past president of the Yahara Lakes Association,
a director of the Lake Waubesa Conservation Association, and a
former member of the Dane County Lakes & Watershed Commission.
Mark resides in the McFarland, Wisconsin area, where he served
as president of the McFarland School Board. He has been involved
in a variety of community activities, including chairman of the
High School stadium project; founding member, officer and director
of McFarland Youth Football; and McFarland softball commissioner,
as well as coaching a number of youth sports.
A former distance runner, Mark now enjoys bicycle tours. He has
completed a number of week-long rides across the states of Wisconsin
and Colorado and has bicycled across the Continental Divide more
than 10 times. In September, 2006 Mark became an “Ironman” by
successfully completing the Wisconsin Ironman Triathlon.
