Jon Nordenberg concentrates his practice in the areas of business law and health law. In the area of business law, Jon works with clients on business formation, mergers and acquisitions, software licensing and development agreements, other contracting matters, regulatory matters, employment matters and financings.

In the area of health law, Jon works with clients on a wide range of regulatory issues, including state insurance laws, HIPAA, Stark, data bank reporting requirements and health care records confidentiality. He also counsels health care clients on contracting and general business matters.

More about Jon:

Jon is an alumnus of Leadership Greater Madison (LGM Class 6), a community leadership program focusing on the issues facing the greater Madison, Wisconsin area. He also coaches youth sports and is an avid cross country skier and biker. Jon serves as president of the board of directors for Western Wisconsin Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
