Interesting Fact: Before entering law school,
Anita received a Master's degree in Applied English Linguistics and
taught English as a Second Language to foreign students while herself
a Ph.D. student.

Anita Gallucci specializes in the representation of municipalities
on complex regulatory matters. She represents municipally owned
utilities before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and the
Public Service Commission of Wisconsin in contract negotiations,
rulemaking and other regulatory matters. She also represents municipalities
with respect to formation of fiber optic and telecommunications
utilities, cable television franchise renewals, cell tower leases
and rights-of-way management issues.
Anita helped Wisconsin's first municipal telecommunications utilities
obtain certification from the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin.
She is now helping defend the right of municipalities to become
telecommunications providers in the state.

Program sponsored by the State Bar of Wisconsin
- A former member of the Public Service Commission Right-of-Way
Advisory Committee, which worked on drafting rules governing
municipal regulation of public utilities with respect to local
rights-of-way

she was on the Jessup Moot Court team and taught Legal Research
and Writing
